Hi. I'm so glad you're here.
I started Empowering Creative Souls because I know what it feels like to build a life that looks good from the outside while quietly feeling empty on the inside.
I spent years being everything everyone else needed. Parent, partner, employee, friend, problem solver. Somewhere in the middle of all that giving, I stopped asking myself what I needed. Not because I wanted to. Because life happened, one responsibility at a time, until I quietly disappeared underneath them.
What I learned, slowly and imperfectly, is that self-love isn't a luxury. It's a responsibility. Not because the world revolves around any of us, but because the version of us who feels connected, grounded, and alive naturally brings more love into every room we enter.
That's the whole idea behind ECS. I'm not here to hand you a better version of yourself. I'm here to help you remember the version that has been there all along.

I won't pretend to have it all figured out. I'll offer what's true, hold space for what's hard, and skip the toxic positivity.
A guide, not a guru
I don't have all the answers for your life. I don't think anyone outside of you does. My job is to help you hear the ones already inside you.
Gentle, never pushy
No urgency, no guilt, no pressure to keep up. Just an open door, whenever you're ready to walk through it.

They've become everything the world asked them to be, and somewhere along the way they lost connection with themselves. Not because they failed. Because they forgot to include themselves in the life they were building.
